We are seeking an exceptional, passionate, and collaborative learning support coordinator (LSC) who is committed to Christian education to join our school and play a pivotal role in strengthening inclusive education and improving outcomes for students.

The position combines strategic leadership in learning support with direct, targeted intervention for individuals and small groups of students, with a particular focus on equipping teachers to effectively meet the needs of students.

For a suitably qualified candidate, there is potential for additional remuneration and responsibility within the learning support team. There will be a classroom teaching element in addition to the LSC role. Previous experience in Christian education would be beneficial.

Our school is an integrated Christian Area School located in the heart of Blenheim, providing high-quality Christian education for students from Year 1 to Year 13.

Applicants must have a thorough understanding of the New Zealand curriculum, the NZQA framework, and be eager to join a dedicated team that integrates biblical principles across all subjects. Applicants are required to have a willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the special character of Richmond View School, which shall be a condition of appointment.
