Qualified Teacher

For more than 42 years, our well established, not for profit early childhood centre has been at the heart of the Browns Bay community, providing high-quality education and care in a warm, welcoming, mixed age environment.

We are seeking a qualified and registered Early Childhood Teacher to join our passionate team of 100% qualified certificated teachers. About you

You will:

• Hold a recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification
• Hold a current New Zealand Teaching Council practising certificate, or be eligible to obtain one
• Be committed to providing high-quality education and care
• Build positive relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues
• Be a team player with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood education

Eligibility

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Aotearoa New Zealand, such as New Zealand Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid open work visa. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide immigration sponsorship or support visa applications for this position.
