U1 Rural School Principal

Rotherham School, a year 1-6 school, with a predicted starting roll of 40 students is seeking a new principal to lead our school into the future. Currently the principal teaches 2 days a week and is on release for the other 3. Following a highly positive ERO review last term, we have officially moved to a 4-year review cycle—a true reflection of the dedication, hard work, and support of our staff and whānau.

Rotherham School is a small rural school set in the heart of the Amuri Basin, serving the town of Rotherham and the outlying farming community. Our school is well supported by a dedicated Board, Home and School Group and the local community. We have a school house available within walking distance to the school.
