Early Learning Educator

Are you a caring, enthusiastic kaiako who enjoys nurturing children’s curiosity and confidence? We would love to hear from you.

Brilliant Stars Preschool is a warm, family-owned early childhood centre welcoming tamariki from birth to 5 years. We value a calm, happy and inclusive environment where every child feels a sense of belonging and has opportunities to explore, create and grow.

We are seeking a qualified ECE teacher who shares our commitment to meaningful learning experiences and strong relationships with tamariki and whānau.

New graduates are warmly welcome to apply. We value the fresh perspectives, enthusiasm and ideas you bring as you begin your teaching journey.

We are looking for someone who brings:

• an ECE teaching qualification
• a warm, respectful approach to tamariki, whānau and colleagues
• a commitment to inclusive practice that values each child’s culture and identity
• enthusiasm for play, creativity and following children’s interests
• a collaborative spirit and willingness to reflect, learn and contribute ideas.

Care, respect and responsibility underpin our philosophy. We value natural resources, engaging learning spaces and partnerships with parents and whānau. Our programme also connects tamariki with their community through local excursions to the library, community garden and park.

If you would like to contribute to our preschool community, please send your CV and a brief cover letter to us.
