Permanent Kaiako x2

Are you ready for your next teaching adventure?

Te Huarahi Linwood Avenue School is looking for two passionate kaiako to join our team in permanent positions. If you thrive on building strong relationships, value working alongside others, and are keen to make a real difference for tamariki, we would love to hear from you!

Our kura is a vibrant, culturally rich community where belonging, identity, and relationships are at the centre of what we do. We are committed to creating learning environments where every ākonga feels valued, connected, and ready to succeed.

We are looking for teachers who bring curiosity, flexibility, and a willingness to try new things. You will create engaging learning experiences that respond to the diverse strengths and needs of our learners, while recognising and celebrating the languages, cultures, and identities they bring to our kura.

There is no set year-level preference at this stage. We are open to conversations about where you might best fit across our school, based on your experience, strengths, and interests.

You will be joining a collaborative team that values sharing ideas, reflecting on practice, and continuing to grow together. If you enjoy a challenge, embrace learning alongside others, and want to be part of a school community that is always striving to be better, this could be the opportunity for you.

Come and visit us! We would love to show you around, introduce you to our kura, and give you a feel for what makes Te Huarahi Linwood Avenue School special.
