About the role

Samuel Marsden Collegiate School is widely regarded as one of Aotearoa’s leading independent schools for girls, from Year 1 to Year 13, with a proud history dating back to 1878. Marsden aspires to lay the foundation for lives of meaning, accomplishment and genuine happiness within our faith-based values-forward environment.

The role will also support pathways planning across Years 7–13, working collaboratively with staff, families, tertiary institutions, employers and other external providers to ensure students are well informed and equipped to make decisions about their futures.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping young people discover their strengths and realise their potential.
