Belmont Intermediate School is a future-focused and highly successful intermediate school. We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative and capable Materials Technology Specialist Teacher to join our team.

Are you passionate about inspiring young people through hands-on, project-based learning? Do you have the vision and energy to help us develop and modernise our Materials Technology programme?

We are looking for someone who can bring design and technology concepts to life through engaging, practical learning experiences. A genuine passion for working with young people, strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to making a positive contribution to the Technology department and wider school community are essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark on a developing programme. We have a well-equipped workshop and a strong foundation of existing resources, with plenty of scope for the successful applicant to introduce new ideas, develop resources and shape the direction of the programme.

Applicants may be experienced specialist Technology teachers, or classroom teachers with a strong interest in design and materials technology who are ready to take on something new.
