About the role
More than Full Pay Parity | Discounted Childcare | Strong Leadership Support.
At Learning Adventures Maraenui, whānaungatanga is at the heart of everything we do. This is a hands-on teaching leadership role where you'll work alongside your team, championing quality practice, equity, and advocacy for tamariki and whānau.
You'll lead a positive, high-performing culture, foster strong community connections, and drive excellence in teaching and learning. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in a vibrant and diverse community while supporting positive outcomes for children, families, and kaiako.
