Under 2s ECE Teacher

Due to roll growth, Child® Preschool Education, located in the beautiful Smales Farm area on Auckland's North Shore, is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative eegistered early childhood education (ECE) teacher with New Zealand experience to join our babies preschool classroom for children aged 3 months to 2 years old.

Is an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with parents, whānau, and both current and prospective families within our local community.

Can work effectively within a dynamic teaching team that enables, encourages, and empowers all children, respecting their individual ages, stages, and developmental needs.

Has a solid understanding of programme planning, assessment, evaluation, internal evaluation, centre policies, procedures, and daily routines.

Possesses a sound knowledge of Te Whāriki and demonstrates strong written communication and grammar skills.

Is organised, takes pride in their work, and enjoys embracing new challenges.

As part of our under 2’s preschool teaching team, you will be actively involved in children's learning and development every day. You will enjoy spending quality time with children, engaging in meaningful conversations, supporting their learning journey, and extending their development through purposeful teaching practices.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), with shifts rostered between 7am and 6pm.
