RTLB Cluster 25

Are you ready for a change in 2027? Are you wanting to explore a different pathway in education while continuing to make a difference for ākonga?

RTLB Cluster 25 has 1 fixed-term position available in our Feilding team for 2027, and we are looking for a passionate, experienced, New Zealand registered teacher to join us!

If you've ever thought about stepping outside the classroom and exploring a different area of education, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Working as an RTLB offers a rewarding change from classroom teaching while allowing you to continue making a meaningful difference for ākonga, kaiako, and whānau. You'll have opportunities to grow professionally, develop new skills, broaden your experience, and work collaboratively across a range of schools.

We're looking for someone who:

brings initiative, enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism to their mahi

has strong interpersonal skills and enjoys building positive relationships

is adaptable, reflective, and committed to strengths-based, inclusive practice

brings positivity, a sense of humour, and a passion for making a difference for ākonga.

You'll be joining an experienced RTLB team that values collaboration, shares expertise, celebrates successes, and provides plenty of professional support along the way.

Applicants must hold a full driver's licence and be willing to use their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.

If you're ready for something different in 2027, we'd love to hear from you!
