Tiny Voices Napier Hawke's Bay

Centre Manager

About the role

BIG LEADER ENERGY WANTED. TINY VOICES STYLE!

One incredible centre. One awesome leadership crew. One seriously good opportunity.

We’re looking for a leader, culture builder and people person who can inspire a team, grow a thriving centre and have plenty of fun along the way.

Someone who sees possibilities, backs their people and makes things happen. Sound like you?

YOUR CENTRE. YOUR LEADERSHIP. OUR SUPPORT.

We hire brilliant centre managers and give them room to shine. You’ll have genuine autonomy to lead your centre as though it’s your own business, with the trust, resources and guidance to succeed.

You’ll drive occupancy, build strong relationships with whānau, develop your team and put your stamp on a beautiful learning environment. You’ll also take ownership of operational, financial, educational and compliance performance. Big freedom. Real accountability.

A LEADERSHIP CREW WITH YOUR BACK.

Our managers are a supportive, slightly cheeky bunch who share ideas, celebrate wins, give honest advice and laugh together. When ECE throws a curveball, there’s always someone to call.

You’ll have direct support from our general manager and owners, alongside experienced managers across our sister centres.

And two to three times a year? We pack our bags for Tiny Voices Manager Conferences around the North Island. Think Airbnb stays, leadership workshops, strategic planning, shared meals and plenty of laughs. Professional growth with personality.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Full teacher registration and current first aid certification.

Proven centre management experience and inspiring leadership.

Strong knowledge of Ministry of Education and ERO requirements.

Commercial confidence, sound judgement and a passion for quality education.

Ready to lead with purpose, build something special and join a crew who enjoy spending time together?

Bring your ambition, your ideas and your sense of humour.

Let’s hear from you!
