An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Senior Leadership team as an Assistant Principal based at the Junior Campus. We are looking for an experienced leader who has a proven track record of successfully leading change by inspiring and empowering those around them. The successful candidate will have high relational skills, a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. They will be a person of integrity, high expectations and have a personal commitment to culturally responsive and relational leadership. The successful candidate will be a visible presence in our kura, be supportive of inclusive practices that support equity and diversity, and be prepared to lead in an empowering collaborative environment.

The ideal applicant will be skilled and experienced in behaviour management leadership, and some specific leadership tasks will include:
