Team Leader– Senior Syndicate Scale A Teacher (Year 5)

Point View School is a large, modern, and exceptionally well-resourced primary school in Botany. We are seeking an outstanding Scale A teacher and Team Leader to guide and empower one of our teaching teams from Term 1 2027.

As a Team Leader at Point View School, you will lead a collaborative team, foster high-quality teaching and learning, and coach colleagues through our Professional Growth Cycle. You will play a key role in embedding our school culture and guiding professional conversations using our team norms.

We are looking for a leader who

Demonstrates strong, evidence-informed knowledge of the NZ Curriculum (including the refreshed learning areas and new reporting frameworks).

Is a skilled, collaborative communicator who builds trust, models quality teaching, and supports teacher wellbeing.

Is passionate about inclusive practice, equity, and catering to diverse learner needs.
