Te Aute College is an iconic state-integrated Anglican Māori boys' boarding school in the heart of Hawke's Bay. For more than 170 years, Te Aute has nurtured generations of Māori leaders who have made significant contributions to Aotearoa New Zealand. We are seeking an outstanding Mathematics Teacher who believes in the potential of every young Māori man and is passionate about inspiring success through high-quality teaching and meaningful relationships.

The successful applicant will:

Be a registered teacher with a sound knowledge of the New Zealand Curriculum (Mathematics and Statistics).

Be able to teach Mathematics across Years 9–13, including NCEA Level 3.

Be an innovative and reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement.

Build strong, authentic relationships with students, whānau and colleagues.

Share our commitment to educational excellence and the success of Māori learners.
