Head Teacher

Campbell Kindergarten is part of a warm and welcoming community where children, whānau, and kaiako work together to support learning and wellbeing. We value strong relationships and celebrate the diverse cultures, languages, and identities of our tamariki and families.

Our kindergarten is connected to the local community and provides opportunities for children to explore, learn, and develop a sense of belonging. We encourage children to be confident, capable learners through meaningful experiences that reflect their interests, strengths, and the world around them.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Head Teacher who:

leads and promotes Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Reo Māori in practice

drives continuous improvement through internal evaluation and reflective practice

champions an inclusive curriculum where all children are valued as capable learners

builds strong partnerships with whānau and celebrates diverse cultures and identities

fosters collaborative teaching practice and professional growth within the team

provides effective leadership to achieve positive learning and wellbeing outcomes for tamariki
