Dean full time release - 2 positions

We are excited to invite applications for 2 x Dean positions to lead teams within our growing Specialist School. The newly created roles are fully released to enable you to develop innovative ways of working within our vibrant school community.

The ideal applicant would have had some leadership experience within a Specialist School and be a confident practitioner of Specialist Teaching Pedagogies. You will enact our school vision of Inspiring Engagement and Realising Potential within your team. Alongside a deep understanding of curriculum and assessment practices, you will be a people person who enjoys collaborating and working within a dynamic team in a fun, fast paced and supportive environment.

CASS provides quality education for students with intellectual disabilities, many of whom may also have a range of complex needs. Our students are aged between 5-21 years and are funded through the Ongoing Resource Scheme Funding (ORS).
