About You

Hold a Level 7 ECE or Primary teaching qualification, with current teacher registration and a valid practising certificate.

Have a passion for child-led learning, nature-based education and quality teaching practice.

Build positive relationships with tamariki, whānau and colleagues.

Demonstrate a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive practice.

Bring initiative, enthusiasm and a collaborative approach.

Embrace reflective practice and ongoing professional growth.

An interest in team leadership would be a bonus, but it’s not essential. We welcome applications from teachers who are passionate about teaching and curriculum, as well as those keen to develop their leadership skills.

The position is ideally full-time. However, if you’re looking for flexibility with your working days, please get in touch. For the right person, there may be room to make things work.
