Digital Technologies Teacher

Start date: 28 January 2027

We are seeking a teacher who can bring Digital Technologies to life in the classroom, encouraging students to think critically, solve problems and explore the possibilities of an increasingly digital world.

The successful applicant will have sound curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging programmes across a range of year levels, with experience teaching senior NCEA an advantage.

Applicants must be NZ registered, fully conversant with the NZ Curriculum and have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Secondary Teacher's Collective Agreement (STCA) 2025–2027.

Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement

The base salary for trained and registered teachers currently ranges from NZD64,119 to NZD107,886.00, depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience.

Individuals’ actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment by Education Payroll once a role is confirmed.
