Are you a warm, passionate kaiako who believes strong relationships are at the heart of children's learning?

Cashmere Early Learning Centre is a small, family owned centre in Christchurch, licensed for 30 tamariki aged 2 years and over. We provide a calm, nurturing environment where children are genuinely known, valued and supported.

We are seeking a full time, permanent qualified and registered ECE teacher to join our close-knit team.

About you

We're looking for a kaiako who:

Holds a recognised ECE qualification, NZ teacher registration and a current practising certificate

Understands Te Whāriki, Kōwhiti Whakapae and intentional teaching

Builds warm, responsive relationships with tamariki and whānau

Enjoys working with children across different ages and stages

Contributes to meaningful assessment, planning and curriculum development

Is reliable, reflective, collaborative and genuinely passionate about teaching

Hours: Monday to Friday, rostered between 7:45 am and 5:30 pm.
