Te Kura o Tuahiwi is a Māori medium kura which offers full immersion (Level 1) and bilingual education (Level 2) from Year 1-8.

Our kura is situated in the beautiful Tuahiwi Pā, North Canterbury.

Are you a passionate kaiako who speaks Te Reo Māori fluently and loves bringing learning to life?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and engaging 0.8 classroom release kaiako to work across our bilingual and Māori immersion settings.

We’re looking for someone who:

is fluent in Te Reo Māori and confident working across Bilingual and Immersion environments

has a genuine love for tamariki and is passionate about supporting their learning, wellbeing and development

brings warmth, energy, positivity and a good sense of humour to their mahi

enjoys building strong relationships with tamariki, whānau and colleagues

values collaboration, teamwork and sharing ideas to create meaningful learning experiences

is flexible, adaptable and ready to jump in and support our kaiako wherever needed.
