Scale A Junior (Year 0-2) Teacher

Full-time: 0.8 Permanent plus 0.2 Fixed-Term (due to fluctuating roll), commencing at the beginning of Term 1, 2027. A job share would be considered with a 0.8/0.2 split.

Key requirements

Proven track record teaching juniors in a multi-level classroom.

Competence and confidence delivering Structured Literacy approaches and the updated NZ Mathematics and Statistics curriculum.

Collaborative team player with strong relationships across students, whānau, and colleagues.

Advantage: Training and experience delivering targeted literacy interventions.
