support the development and delivery of a curriculum aligned with Te Whāriki

provide nurturing, high-quality care that helps tamariki feel safe, valued, and supported

foster a positive, inclusive environment where every child can thrive

build strong relationships with children, whānau, and the wider community

maintain a safe, engaging learning environment

document and celebrate children's learning and development.
