Assistant Principal 5PMU

We seek an exceptional Assistant Principal (AP) to join our dynamic senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of effective curriculum leadership and be capable of supporting the school's strategic direction. They will bring strong content knowledge in current structured literacy practices suitable for Intermediate/Middle school learners, along with demonstrated experience in growing young adolescents and working with students around learning support and pastoral care.

Additionally, they will be a collaborative team player and innovative leader who can guide curriculum development, mentor students and early-career teachers, and actively contribute to the wider corporate life of the school.

It is essential the applicant has the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with all school stakeholders including the RTLB, MOE and The University of Waikato School of Education. They will also need excellent organisational skills and be an innovative and forward-thinking educator.

Applicants must be NZ registered teachers.
