We are seeking an inspiring educational leader with a background preferably in secondary education (primary also considered) to lead our thriving Year 3-13 Hamilton Campus. This is a significant leadership opportunity within OneSchool Global, focused on driving exceptional student outcomes, supporting and developing staff, and continuing to strengthen an already high-performing school community.

Alongside leading the Hamilton campus, you will also oversee our small Tauranga Campus of approximately 17 students and 8 staff. Regular travel will be required.

We're looking for someone who

Has recent leadership experience as a Principal, Deputy Principal, or Assistant Principal in a New Zealand school.

Demonstrates a proven ability to improve student outcomes and lead high-performing teams.

Is an engaging communicator who builds trust and strong relationships.
