Key responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support the Junior School teaching team.

Oversee Junior curriculum delivery, assessment routines, and day-to-day operations.

Coordinate learning support interventions and model exemplary classroom practice.

Engage warmly with whānau and the wider Feilding community.
