NZ Registered ECE/Primary Kaiako (Fixed-term)

This role is full-time, for a maternity Cover from January through to early April 2027, with a potential to extend.

Are you a qualified ECE or primary-trained kaiako guided by wairua, whanaungatanga, and a connection to Papatūānuku?

We are a well-established, community-based (not-for-profit) preschool in Tāhuna | Queenstown, set on a big piece of land in the heart of the CBD, with a strong focus on nature and child-led play. We are looking for a warm, passionate teacher to join our Preschool whānau for a fixed-term maternity cover.

What we are looking for:

recognised ECE or Primary teaching qualification (experienced & new grads welcome)

passion for play-based, nature-inspired learning and strong whānau relationships

collaborative, positive team spirit.
