About the role

Nayland College is seeking an accomplished teacher and proven leader to join our senior leadership team as deputy principal.

This is a varied role encompassing pastoral leadership, school operations, curriculum, and teaching and learning. We are proud of the breadth of opportunities we offer across academic learning, sport, the arts and cultural activities. Our vision, Toitoi Manawa, reflects our commitment to an inclusive school where young people are known, supported and challenged to be their best selves.

We are looking for someone who will:

have a solid understanding of curriculum change management

contribute to an innovative and responsive approach to education

work collaboratively, follow through on decisions, and keep students at the centre of their work.
