Nestled beneath the iconic Taranaki Mounga, where the Mangati flows towards the sea, Bell Block School | Te Kura o Mangati is a proud full primary school within the rohe of Puketapu hapū. With 170 years of heritage, our kura is deeply connected to its community, with fifth-generation families continuing to choose Bell Block School for their tamariki.

We balance our proud history with a modern approach and a commitment to helping every learner succeed. With approximately 480 ākonga and 50 dedicated staff, we are well resourced and offer strong programmes and rich opportunities across academic, sporting, cultural, creative and outdoor pursuits.

Following 10 years of successful leadership, we seek our next Tumuaki | Principal to lead our kura and join our Bell Block School whānau.
