Due to staff relocating, New Shoots Pakuranga has a fantastic opportunity for two innovative, enthusiastic teachers to join our infants/toddlers and preschool team. We are looking for registered teachers who can work fulltime (40 hrs) alongside a wonderful team who are not only passionate about supporting each other but are great at recognising each other’s strengths and expertise as we endeavour to provide quality learning experiences for our children.

We are a play-based centre offering our children many opportunities to be engaged in discovery and inquiry through learning experiences that support their current interests. We embrace warm caring relationships, respectful practice, social and emotional competence, whanaungatanga and utilizing the environment as a third teacher. Our centre prides itself on excellent teacher/ child ratios within a collaborative well established team. We offer professional development and support to our kaiako as well as discounted childcare and boast a wonderfully resourced centre with a great family and home like atmosphere.
