We will farewell one of our senior teachers after eight-plus years. She is heading overseas to do her OE in August. Due to this, we have a rare opportunity to work in a not-for-profit community centre, where all staff are supported both non-monetarily and monetarily. We are a small centre with only 42 children on the roll. We have a long-standing team with most staff employed for over ten years. Our team enjoy spending time together at work, at centre events and through the team-building weekend away.

We pride ourselves on having a positive and supportive team culture. Our work environment ensures growth and development both individually and as a whole team. We have a strong working partnership with our centre families and a long waitlist for future enrolments within our local community.

If you are passionate about working with infants and toddlers, this could be your position. The applicant applying must be a team player and self-motivated with strong communication and leadership who values working in an environment where personal growth is appreciated.

Suppose you hold full registration with three-plus years of experience in ECE teaching by applying for the role and if you are the successful applicant offered this teaching position. In that case, you will be paid $1000.00 upon signing the employment contract. We provide an exceptional remuneration package in line with pay parity and the market pay rate for Auckland City –teacher certification, team building, professional development & First Aid.
