Kaiako Matua

We are looking for an inspiring Kaiako Matua, who will provide exceptional role modelling and leadership to our team. This leader will uphold our total immersion Māori environment and our values of manaakitanga and whanaungatanga. This role also involves guiding and mentoring other staff to uphold our kaupapa and mission of engaging, empowering and enlightening tamariki and whānau. 

We have  awesome, fun teams in our Puna Reo and Whare Kōhungahunga. We uphold Te Reo Māori me ōna tikanga in our everyday interactions and play.  Our  whānau are supportive and committed to Kaupapa Māori education pathways for their tamariki.  Applicants must be highly competent reo Māori speakers and be fully registered Kaiako ECE.
