We seek a highly motivated, collaborative, energetic and passionate teacher to oversee special needs in our school. We require someone with a passion and commitment to children who is willing to advocate for their needs.  

This role is complex and requires someone who can work with a wide range of adults within the school and across multiple agencies. They must be culturally capable and have strong curriculum and pedagogical knowledge. The applicant must have the ability to form strong and positive relationships with students, whānau and colleagues. Strength and experience in developing appropriate learning programmes, completing IEP’s and supporting learning assistants and classroom teachers working alongside high needs students preferred.
