At Tiny Voices we nurture a fun, collaborative and diverse environment where our community is our extended playground. Our team and whānau love the vibrancy that being in the city provides. We have a teaching position for a registered teacher to join our growing centre, working with our tamariki aged 2–5 years. If working with infants and young toddlers is more your area of interest and expertise we have the flexibility of you joining our Tiny Kiwi room (0–2 years) as an option.

We are a small group of 4 NZ owner/operated centres with our 3 sister centres located in Hobsonville, Silverdale and Napier.

Being a purpose-built centre, we have all the facilities needed to make working a dream. We have an energetic and fun group of teachers to work alongside and a very supportive hands on centre manager and leadership team to help guide you to furthering your career. As a company we offer every member of our team free childcare, competitive remuneration/pay parity, 10 days sick leave, paid staff meetings with a healthy cooked dinner, and to work for a company that invests a lot back into the team through various ways. We keep our ratios above ministry recommendations as the well-being, care and education of our tamariki is at the forefront of what we do.
