We’re looking for an inspiring and empowering centre manager for Lollipops Paraparaumu, who can embody our values and bring out the best in the people around them. Someone whose rich experience and depth of knowledge and experience in ECE, can provide the guidance and support to ensure the highest quality ECE services for our families.

Whether you’ve managed a centre already or you are an experienced team leader/manager and you just know you are ready to take on that challenge, we’ll provide you with all the support and leadership mentoring you need to achieve your potential in this role. 

• You’ll take a holistic approach to centre management – and you know that people are at the heart of everything – and most especially world-class ECE. You love building and working with teams that share your vision of outstanding outcomes for children. This will involve applying your guiding hand to everything from great team environments and team culture, learning environments, centre presentation, compliance and regulatory requirements and sustaining outstanding family/whānau and community relationships.

• A qualified and experienced registered ECE teacher, you’ll have proven people leadership experience, backed by a strong track-record across the other key elements that are critical to operating a wonderful centre. An exceptional communicator and relationship builder, your ability to innovate, reflect and push beyond the boundaries will also indicate you are the best.
