We are searching for an amazing ECE qualified and registered teacher (or Primary), to join our incredible team of teachers. We are opting into pay parity for qualified teachers.

We are a small family owned and operated centre in Omokoroa, Tauranga. Opened in November 2017.

Our philosophy is inspired by Dr Emmi Pikler and our environment is a spacious and inviting home away from home for 45 children.

Applicants must be available to work a weekly rotating roster between 7am and 6pm, it is a set roster each week. We are happy to work with our teachers to find a happy balance.
Ideally this is a full time position but may consider a 4 day week.

We are looking for......

• A teacher who will lead with their heart and inspire a culture of kindness
• A teacher able to work within a shared leadership role, be organised, highly motivated, take initiative, effectively communicate with others and think logically in the moment
• A teacher who is passionate about nature, environmental sustainability, loose parts, natural resources, gardening and various cute furry creatures. Added bonus if you are happy to play in the rain!
