We believe in the concept of Ako and that we are all learners. Collaborative practice is fundamental to our curriculum and philosophy as educators.
As a restorative practice school we believe strongly in building and enhancing positive professional relationships with our learners. All teachers are expected to be involved in our whānau system and are active in providing mentoring and academic counselling to students in a warm and demanding way.
