We are looking for a operations manager that can run a preschool autonomously. Pohutukawa Preschool has a full time Centre Manager that’s on-site and is locally owned and operated, one owner has been in ECE for 18 years. The role has come available because the ECE owner is focusing on family. We have opted into pay parity and offer great working conditions. 

Important attributes and skills we are looking for: Positive, solution based, professional, competent, committed, great relationships with tamariki, whanaua and kaiako. 

In return you will have flexible days and hours, option of working full or part time. Meeting and maintaining compliance, smooth operations and positive team culture will be the focus. We have an amazing team and you will be very fortunate to lead them all to success.
