We are losing our head teacher, so we are looking for a superstar to replace her. This position requires a fully qualified teacher who is passionate about working with children aged four to six years old. This is a full-time position.

For this role you will need to:

• Have experience being a head teacher
• Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
• Be flexible and have initiative
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy, and curriculum
• Role model best practice and professionalism whilst being fun and energetic
• Ability to support the progression of our teachers, centre, and philosophy.
• To ensure a high-quality programme is delivered.
• To support the centre manager as part of the senior leadership team and be able to step up into the centre manager role when required.
