We are a Māori Catholic Y9-13 boys' boarding school,  located near Cheltenham, Feilding. We are the largest Boys' Māori Boarding Secondary School in Aotearoa New Zealand. 

We seek an enthusiastic, motivated person passionate about Māori Catholic education to join our dynamic, collaborative leadership team, implementing values based learning within a Māori Catholic Marist college. Responsibility for managing the compulsory learning area of religious studies from Y9–13 and facilitating the daily religious observations. 

The successful applicant will:

• Inspire and lead a school based ministry team to develop our Catholic special character and Marist values
• Have an excellent understanding of the religious studies curriculum, implementation, pedagogy and assessment practice
• Give guidance and provide effective leadership in religious education and observances throughout the College, in accordance with Māori Catholic teaching, spirituality and pastoral care.

A willingness and ability to participate in religious instruction appropriate to the special character of the school is a condition of appointment.
