Deputy principal

We are seeking an exceptional school leader to join our highly collaborative and committed senior leadership team. This vacancy arises because of the promotion of one of our deputy principals to a principal’s role.

Our college has a proud tradition of providing robust education for our students. We are a restorative school, culturally diverse, with a focus on developing relevant learning programmes.

The successful candidate will already have experience of leading teams. The main portfolio of this position is oversight of pastoral care of students. Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure would be an advantage as well as a robust understanding of teaching and learning. Other specific responsibilities will be finalised with the successful candidate based on strengths and experience.

A strong commitment to and experience of culturally responsive and relational pedagogy is essential.

This position commences term 2, 2022 and includes 7MU and 1SMA.
