Learning support teacher

We have a fixed-term part-time position for 10 hours per fortnight. This is fixed to support a specific student.

Potential applicants are notified that there is also a permanent vacancy available for 2022 advertised in the gazette REF# 1HAS7R - the school is open for one candidate to perform both roles which would bring the role to full-time for 2022.

This role would be suitable for either secondary or primary trained teachers.

This role is to work within the learning support department alongside a team of teachers and teacher aides. The successful applicant will take on roles such as liaising with RTLB, facilitating IEP meetings, completing individual assessments, and supporting individual and small groups of learners. WEGC is a central city multicultural girls’ school with an established reputation for student engagement, innovation and success.

We have moved into new buildings with innovative learning spaces and specialist studios.
