We are looking for a person who has strong Deaning experience to help lead our pastoral care team alongside a Dean Lead for Y9–10. This role is a perfect step towards a Senior Leadership role.
The successful applicant will have experience in Deaning, guidance systems, liaising with external agencies, support networks, tracking and monitoring, and the ability to lead teams. Please state your supporting subjects.
WEGC is a central city multicultural girls’ school with an established reputation for student engagement, innovation and success. We have moved into new buildings with Innovative Learning Spaces and specialist studios. We run 3 sessions on most days to maximise student engagement.
