Cambridge High School (CHS) is a co-educational school, established in 1883, with a roll of approximately 1,750 students.  Cambridge is in the heart of the Waikato region and has recently become a focus for elite sport with cycling, triathlon, kayaking and rowing establishing their New Zealand bases here.  Cambridge High School serves the interests of the community incredibly well, meeting the varied academic, trades, cultural and sporting needs of our students.  Places at CHS are highly sought after with families choosing to move into town to gain access to the school.

We are looking for an innovative, energetic and relationship focused health and physical education teacher to join our collegial faculty. The ideal candidate will have strengths in developing culturally responsive practice, the ability to teach the senior physical education curriculum and an enthusiasm for creating a curriculum relevant to our students.

Candidates that applied for the previously advertised physical education position will also be considered and therefore need not reapply.

This is a full-time permanent position starting on 28 January 2022.
