We are a dynamic and multicultural school in the heart of Whakatū (Nelson), devoted to the bicultural heritage of Aotearoa. Our school is committed to developing a strong sense of belonging while promoting equitable and positive outcomes for all. The successful applicants will demonstrate culturally responsive relationships and pedagogy, and be highly effective and collaborative practitioners.
We are looking for dedicated, inclusive, and passionate kaiako to motivate our learners and allow them to fly. Mā te huruhuru, ka rere te manu. The successful applicants will be creative and innovative in the way they engage with students to inspire our tamariki, while creating a learning space where all ākonga feel listened to, cared for, and valued.
Experience teaching in a vertical/whānau group structure as well as experience with PB4L and/or blended learning are advantageous but not prerequisites for the roles. A passion for Te Reo Māori and kaupapa Māori is also desirable.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email the tumuaki Dan George.
