2022 will see the development and implementation of a new and exciting regional pilot project centred on a Managed Moves model. This exciting and innovative regional pilot will be based at Salisbury School in Richmond, providing a short-term ‘Managed Moves’ day-school opportunity for local students, while working in partnership with whānau, regional schools and community providers. This diverse and dynamic team will be working collaboratively and creatively on the development and implementation of intensive individual plans that support positive reintegration pathways for students at risk of educational disengagement.

Our regional pilot project is seeking a project coordinator – a truly unique opportunity for a someone special to take a lead on developing and coordinating a team and the wider processes that will enable the delivering and implementation this innovative pilot project. The project coordinator will work closely with a steering group and our partners to provide operational support and delivery towards project implementation.

  • Hold a strong knowledge and practical understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Be skilled at developing great teams, with a high level of attention to relationships, detail and time management
  • Have a drive to deliver results that make a visible difference to ākonga and whānau.
