Me mahi tahi tātou mō te oranga o te katoa. Nau mai, haere mai!
We are excited to offer this opportunity for an innovative and effective leader to join our newly formed and future focused leadership team at our awesome school. We’re looking for someone who will bring energy and momentum to the team, and has the right mix of skills to help us build on our strengths, and purposefully work towards achieving our strategic aims. This role is fully released. You will work closely with the Principal in supporting the leadership team and the wider school.
At our school we have:
Vibrant, richly diverse students
Supportive and hardworking whānau
Dedicated, talented, creative staff
Solid foundations of evidence based practice and effective pedagogy
Resilience and heart.
A key aspect of the deputy principal's role will be SENCO responsibility, leading our large team of teacher aides to provide the best possible support to our tamariki who have additional learning needs. We are also focused on some clear strategic aims, and we're looking for someone who can support our current focus of growing our capacity to value Te Ao Māori and ensuring this is reflected through all aspects of school life. If you have current leadership experience, are passionate about learning, have a commitment to accelerating student achievement and leading and supporting our team to provide varied and interesting learning experiences, then we'd love to hear from you.
We can offer you a great place to work, with opportunities to grow and build your leadership capability.
