Commencing term 1, 2022.

Learning area leader of newly established and developing Māori learning area. This kaiako will be supported by strategic goals focused on a bicultural approach. Work has begun on creating an indigenous space for kaupapa Māori approaches.  

This position is available for a dynamic kaiako to lead and teach te reo Māori (Y9–13) and to futher develop te ao Māori in our school. It also involves the role of kaitiaki and the pastoral care of Māori students in the kura. This is a middle management position which comes with 4 hours release time.
