We are a vibrant and progressive, rural school in Taumarunui, in the Central North Island.  

We have a permanent teaching position in Te Kakano - our junior school teaching Y2–3 students.

We are seeking highly engaging and innovative teacher to join our team. You will need to have sound curriculum knowledge, an understanding of inquiry learning, digital learning, amazing classroom behaviour management strategies that fit with our school’s PB4L system and you will embrace our school-wide collaborative practice.  Your commitment to promoting a learning through play philosophy alongside a sound structured literacy program will be strengths needed for the right applicant within our Te Kakano (junior) team.
