The role involves initiating and maintaining relationships with employers who provide students with work experience opportunities. It also involves preparing students for work experience placements and monitoring their progress as well as organising careers events and arranging for students to attend STAR courses. Pastoral care of students is also a key aspect of this role.
Applicants must have a passion for working with students and good interpersonal, administrative and IT skills.
