Due to relocation, we are seeking an inspiring senior leader who will bring an energy and passion to the management team. This position will work with our diverse learners, develop our senior school team, and continue to develop our positive school culture.
The successful applicant will be an experienced teacher with excellent communication and people skills; a team player, loyal and organised. The applicant must be culturally responsive, ready to be fully involved in the culture and day to day effective leadership of the school.
Prior success in the classroom and a genuine love for teaching and learning

A leader of learning who will make a positive difference in our school community and someone who lives our vision and values of being respectful, responsible and honest

Someone who is motivated and capable of building teacher capability and accelerating student achievement alongside strong behaviour management strategies
Someone with a commitment to creating the best learning environments possible – holding high expectations for consistency across the school
Someone who has the confidence to be delegated authority in the absence of the principal
Strengths and knowledge of the SENCO role would be an advantage
Teaching component will be in a Y4–5 class.
